Our fore fathers risked their lives (and many died) for our Independence. They believed in what they were doing and put everything they had into. They set this great country in motion and I believe we all owe them a great deal of gratitude. So I mean no disrespect with what I am about it say.

And neither do I. But let me explain. Chances are the first time you heard about global warming, you formed an opinion one way or the other. Who or where you first heard about it had a heavy impact on which way you sided with. Then, being curious about it you read more and talked to others about it, but the vast majority of what you read was biased towards your original opinion and the people you talked to likely held the same opinion as you.

Healthcare in Japan

Japan (#2 economy in the world) has the longest healthy life expectancy on Earth and spends half (in percent of GDP) as much on health care as the United States. Japan has a universal health care system.

Everyone in Japan is required to get a health insurance policy, either at work or through a community-based insurer. The government picks up the tab for those who are too poor. It’s a model of social insurance that is used in many wealthy countries.
